Accessibility

We welcome everyone to the Fitzherbert Arms and would ask you to phone us should you have specific requirements or queries or need help on arrival. We will be only too pleased to help you.

Parking

We have two dedicated car parking spaces for registered blue badge holders. Please note that the main street where the Fitzherbert Arms is situated is double yellow lined, so timing restrictions of up to three hours exist. Do please take care when parking and consider our neighbours.

Arriving at the Fitzherbert Arms

We have two entrances to the Fitzherbert Arms which can be adapted easily with our portable ramps. The rear entrance from the car park requires assistance whereas the front entrance needs no assistance.

Moving around the Fitzherbert Arms

We have one or two raised areas that can be accessed with our helpful ramps should they be required. We have an accessible toilet near rear exit to the car park.

Baby Changing

We do have baby changing facilities within our accessible toilet situated by the exit to the car park.

Further requirements

We welcome guide dogs at the Fitzherbert Arms and have specific places for them to sit with their owners. We do not have braille menus but can assist guests who have impaired vision by talking to you about our services.
